About Us

Fully Completely Industries is a welding, machining, fabrication, and industrial repair company specializing in heavy equipment, industrial machinery, and custom mechanical solutions.

Our work ranges from routine equipment repairs to complex machining, fabrication, and complete rebuilds. We provide both in-shop and mobile services, working with customers in construction, forestry, agriculture, manufacturing, and other heavy industries.

Our capabilities include

- Heavy equipment and industrial machinery repairs
- Welding and custom steel fabrication
- Manual machining, CNC plasma cutting, and line boring
- Hydraulic and mechanical repairs
- On-site equipment repairs and troubleshooting
- Custom component manufacturing and modifications
- Equipment rebuilding and restoration

We hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of workmanship. We take pride in doing things properly, paying attention to detail, and delivering repairs and solutions that are built to last. We aren't interested in cutting corners or simply getting equipment out the door.

The Position

We are looking for a skilled, mechanically inclined Industrial Technician to join our team.

This is a hands-on, varied position suited to someone who enjoys mechanical work, troubleshooting, fabrication, and solving problems. No two days are necessarily the same.

The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of equipment and projects, both independently and alongside other tradespeople.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild mechanical equipment
- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble machinery and components
- Assist with welding, fabrication, machining, and mechanical repairs
- Work on heavy equipment, hydraulic systems, and industrial machinery
- Perform accurate measurements, fitting, and component installation
- Assist with on-site service and equipment repairs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Ensure all completed work meets our quality standards

Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Experience in industrial maintenance, heavy equipment repair, millwright work, machining, welding, or related trades
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
- Ability to adapt to different tasks and unfamiliar equipment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenging projects

Trade certification is an asset but not necessarily required. Practical experience, mechanical ability, work ethic, and attitude are equally important to us.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and understands the difference between a repair that simply works and one that is done properly.

You should be someone who thinks through a problem, pays attention to the details, and is willing to put in the effort to produce quality work.

Our projects often require creative solutions, careful planning, and the ability to adapt. We value people who can think for themselves, take responsibility for their work, and continually improve their skills.

What We Offer

- Diverse and challenging work
- Opportunities to develop skills in welding, machining, fabrication, and mechanical repair
- Exposure to specialized equipment and repair techniques
- A hands-on work environment where problem-solving and initiative are valued
- Competitive compensation based on experience and ability
- Opportunities for increased responsibility as skills develop
