We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant and Toddler Teacher (IT/ECE) to join our team at Junior Einstein's Academy Ltd.
As a Learning Facilitator. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development and Implementation
- Collaborate with our experienced educators to design and deliver high-quality programs that promote the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Lead activities that foster a love for learning, creativity, and exploration.
- Child Support and Care
- Provide individualized support to children, addressing their unique needs and interests.
- Engage children in activities that promote physical activity, socialization, and emotional well-being.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and supportive environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Administrative Tasks
- Assist with record-keeping, data entry, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Early Childhood Education (IT/ECE) Certificate or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in a educational setting is an asset.
- Certifications and Training
- Cultural competency training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for diverse groups.
- Language and Work Environment
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment with a diverse group of children and staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
