revoking and managing roles; Ensure that access complies with security requirements and organizational rules; To take charge of identity and access incidents and to contribute to their resolution; Collaborate with cybersecurity and access governance teams; Implement automated mechanisms for periodic review of access; Participate in the planning, deployment, monitoring and improvement of business processes related to identity and access management.The profile sought is as follows: Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in information technology, including at least five (5) years in identity and access management; Master the principles of governance and administration of identities and access; Plan and support single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and traceability mechanisms; Use identity federation, role management, access provisioning, and recognized authentication protocols; Leverage Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 environments; Apply the security principles specific to identity and access management; Participate in the implementation of identity and access management programs, including the definition of requirements and processes; Adopt a risk-based approach; Hold a recognized certification in information security, including GIAC, CISSP, CCSP or equivalent certification; Demonstrate autonomy, rigor and excellent analytical skills;* Communicate effectively with technical teams and business partners.
