Foundant is looking for a seasoned Senior Director to enhance their comprehensive information security and GRC programs. This role involves crafting strategic roadmaps, leading technical security, and compliance teams, and representing the organization during security incidents. You will partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate security by design into Foundant’s multiple software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Develop and implement security and compliance strategic roadmaps • Lead Technical Security and GRC teams to reduce risks • Communicate effectively during security incidents • Build and maintain the GRC program policies and audits • Manage third-party and vendor risk assessment processes

Requirements: • Over 8 years of leadership in information security and GRC • Experience in a multi-product SaaS security program • Deep knowledge of international compliance frameworks • Proven skills in incident response management • Ability to develop senior leadership within teams
