Renew+Refresh is a small, close-knit medical spa in the heart of Cochrane. We have an established clientele and an all-hands-on-deck team that cares about safety, education and transparency. We’re looking for a skilled nurse injector who loves connecting with guests, building custom treatment plans and helping people feel like the best version of themselves.

Easy to get to: We’re right off the 1A, just 12 minutes from Calgary city limits. You get a beautiful mountain-town commute instead of a city one.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Consultations and Treatments

- Lead guest consultations and listen closely to each guest’s goals and expectations
- Perform injectable treatments with a focus on safe, natural-looking results
- Use skin analysis tools to assess skin type, recognize conditions and pinpoint concerns
- Build customized treatment programs and talk through pricing with confidence
- Recommend home care products that help guests get (and keep) their results
- Take before and after photos to track progress

Guest Experience

- Create a warm, personalized experience from the first hello to the follow-up visit
- Build lasting relationships with guests and keep them coming back
- Cross-refer guests to teammates whose services complement their plan
- Work with our guest relations team to book customized programs

Behind the Scenes

- Chart and document every treatment, and keep guest records up to date
- Make sure all consent forms are signed and uploaded to our EMR system
- Keep the highest standards of sanitation, safety and presentation
- Take part in team meetings, in-house training and marketing or special events
- Track your performance and work toward meeting and exceeding revenue goals

✦ Know skin and wellness and can analyze conditions to recommend the right treatments

✦ Love talking with people. You’re warm, friendly and great at explaining options

✦ Are comfortable with sales. Recommending treatments, programs and home care to every guest feels natural to you

✦ Stay organized and follow through, run on time and manage a busy schedule

✦ Thrive in a fast pace and can multitask, think on your feet and stay calm under pressure

✦ Pay close attention to detail in your work and your charting

✦ Bring good energy and a good sense of humour to the team

✦ Never stop learning and are committed to continuing education and professional growth

REQUIREMENTS

- Nursing or doctor diploma or degree with current registration in good standing
- Third-party independent cosmetic injector training certifications
- Hands-on injecting experience
- Sales and guest service experience
- Comfortable with computers, EMR systems and skin analysis equipment
- Nice to have: knowledge of acne therapy, anti-aging, paramedical terminology, specialty makeup or nutrition
