Become the key contact for parts customers as an Inside Sales Representative located in Moncton, NB. This full-time on-site position combines customer interaction and warehouse coordination for woodworking industry success. As the Inside Sales Representative – Parts & Warehouse, you'll manage parts inquiries from Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritime provinces.

You'll efficiently quote, process orders, and ensure timely delivery updates to customers. Collaborating with the Vice-President of Sales, you'll also flag sales leads and maintain accurate records in both the CRM and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming calls for parts from various provinces
- Enter purchase and sales orders in Navision ERP




- Track supplier orders and update customers on delivery
- Direct inquiries and flag leads for Account Representatives
- Ship and receive machines, parts, and supplies Requirements:
- Required experience in parts sales and customer service
- Shipping and receiving expertise
- Valid driver’s license and forklift certification
- Woodworking machinery knowledge is an asset
- Bilingual proficiency in English/French is a plus Support customer satisfaction and generate sales leads in a agile role that blends office and warehouse responsibilities.
