Bilingual Source is hiring an Inside Sales Specialist / Recruitment Consultant to work from our office at Yonge and St. Clair in Midtown Toronto, five days a week. You need proven sales or agency recruitment experience.

You do not need both. You need a track record of closing, prospecting, or carrying a number, and the character to match how we work. This is a straight commission role. No base. No tiers. No cap. The same 40% rate applies to everyone from their first placement.

If you want a base-plus-OTE package, this is not the role. If you want uncapped earnings tied directly to your performance, it is. YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our database Make outbound calls and build relationships Interview and assess candidates Match qualified candidates to active searches Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through offers Manage multiple pipelines toward defined placement goals This is a candidate-focused role. Bilingualism is a solid preference, not an absolute requirement. Being able to speak with candidates in their mother tongue builds trust faster and opens doors, which is why bilingual applicants are prioritized. If you are a strong salesperson but not fully bilingual, we still want to hear from you.
