The Bloom Centre is currently looking for enthusiastic, friendly and skilled individuals to fill full-time and part-time Instructor Therapist positions. We are looking for Therapists dedicated in supporting our mission to provide services and support for families living with additional needs.

Instructor Therapists will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other exceptionalities, using ABA and IBI principles and teaching strategies. Therapists will be supervised by a Senior Therapist and BCBA.

Skills and Qualifications:

- A College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
- Personal liability insurance





*Experience as an Instructor Therapist (IT) implementing ABA/IBI programming is an asset. *ABA/Autism related Diploma/Certificate is an asset.

*Candidates are required to complete a criminal background check (with Vulnerable Sector).

Our Team Members have access to:

- 40-hour RBT course, competency assessment and ongoing coaching and supervision
- Senior Therapist (ST), BCBA and BCaBA supervision hours when available
