Litigation Associate – Toronto A premier Ontario-based law firm is currently looking for a Litigation Associate to join their highly-regarded insurance defense and class actions practice in North York. This role is designed for an ambitious lawyer looking to transition into a more substantial platform. You will handle a diverse and challenging portfolio—including complex Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) and tort claims, as well as defending major institutional and corporate clients in complex class action proceedings—while gaining direct, hands-on experience in the courtroom and before administrative tribunals.

- Strategic Thinking: A proactive approach to file resolution, risk assessment, and a keen eye for detail in large-scale document management.
- Communication: Exceptional drafting skills and the confidence to provide high-level counsel to sophisticated insurer and corporate clients.
