- Prepare Structural drawings and 3D models that meet company standards.
- Assist Engineers with the layout of structures.
- Coordinate drawings with other consultants.
- Support and mentor other drafters, with the opportunity to grow into leading the drafting team.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES

- Proficient with Revit, with solid wood frame modelling experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Thorough understanding of Structural and Architectural drawings.
- Familiarity with structural materials and construction processes.
- Strong organizational and self-directed time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Thoroughness in completing tasks with attention to detail.
- Desire to improve systems and innovate.
- Ability to work in a team environment and work towards common goals.

REQUIRED TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a structural drafting position, including wood frame projects.
- BCIT or VCC Drafting Certification (or equivalent) preferred.
