Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Medical Graduate to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Salary: 19/hr (Negotiable)

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Work with the physicians under medical directives
- Perform simple medical procedures under medical directives such as taking vaginal swabs, blood test, among others
- Answer phone calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Collect patient information and verify insurance details prior to appointments.
- Ensure compliance with medical regulations.
- Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Skills

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting (preferred).
- Proficient in using office equipment,



EMR -TELUS CHR and phone systems effectively.
- Strong medical knowledge and a track record of high performance. Having taken and passed one of the Canadian Exam (MCCQE 1 or NAC) is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and staff alike.
- Administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
