Investment Banking - Reconciliation Administrator

100% Onsite Downtown Toronto

Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm

$25- 28/hour

Duties:

- Reconciliation of mutual funds and cash · Assist to reconcile mutual fund cash and position accounts daily between our book of records and Fundserv (Myserv), Cash, NSM and Web Services)
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly to minimize risk and ensure operational accuracy.
- Monitor and manage outstanding breaks, escalating issues when necessary.

Education & Experience

- Post-secondary education in Business or a related discipline
- Past experience within the financial services industry with financial reconciliation/adjustments on client accounts
- Mutual funds/securities knowledge and related industry courses (CSC,



IFIC Operations, etc.) is an asset - FundServ experience including MyServ
- Working knowledge of day-to-day operations/administration of client accounts, with solid analytical, problem solving skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and deliver high quality work under pressure
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Adaptability to change and technology-driven environments.
