We are a growing food-service distribution company looking for an organized and detail-oriented Invoicing Assistant to join our Coquitlam office.

The main responsibility of this position is preparing accurate customer invoices and entering information into our ERP system. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a busy environment where accuracy, speed, and communication are important.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and process customer invoices
- Enter orders, pricing, quantities, and customer information into the ERP system
- Review invoices for pricing and quantity errors
- Process credit notes, returns, and invoice adjustments
- Match invoices with orders and delivery documents
- Maintain accurate customer and product records
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, delivery, and accounting teams
- Organize invoices and other business documents
- Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks

Requirements
- Previous invoicing or administrative experience
- Experience using an ERP or accounting system
- Odoo experience is a strong asset




- Fluent in English and able to speak Punjabi or Hindi
- Punjabi or Hindi is required because this position regularly communicates with team members who primarily speak these languages
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and email
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Able to manage a high volume of invoices
