Market Integration Specialist

Location: Remote | Candidates able to work in Central or Eastern Time Zones preferred

Canada , Mexico

We are seeking a Market Integration Specialist to support technology assessment and integration activities related to acquisitions across North America. This role will collaborate with M&A;, Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and IT Operations teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

Must Have

- Experience in Market Integration, IT Integration, Technology Integration, or Infrastructure Integration
- Experience supporting M&A; / acquisition-related IT activities
- Solid background in IT Due Diligence, Technology Assessment, and Infrastructure Discovery
- Experience evaluating IT infrastructure, systems, applications, workflows, and technology risks
- Knowledge of Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Operations, Security,



and Compliance
- Experience identifying integration dependencies, standardization opportunities, and modernization needs
- Experience with automation, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, or automated IT workflows
- Experience supporting activities across due diligence, sign-to-close, and post-acquisition integration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional technology and business teams

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in roles such as Market Integration Specialist, Market Integration Analyst, IT Integration Specialist, Technology Integration Specialist, or Infrastructure Integration
