Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT & Network Support Intern who is currently enrolled in an IT, Networking, or Computer Systems program and is seeking hands-on, real-world experience.

This role provides exposure to live business environments, cloud systems, and network infrastructure. You will work directly with senior IT professionals and gain practical experience in troubleshooting, system administration, and network operations.

Responsibilities

- Assist with setup and configuration of computers, printers, and network devices
- Provide basic IT support to end users (hardware & software)
- Support LAN/WAN troubleshooting and Wi-Fi optimization
- Assist in configuring routers, switches, and firewalls
- Help manage Microsoft 365 accounts and user access
- Participate in system upgrades and maintenance tasks
- Maintain documentation for IT assets and network diagrams
- Learn and assist with backup and disaster recovery processes

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in IT, Networking,



Computer Systems, or related program
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365
- Strong interest in networking and cybersecurity
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Valuable communication skills

Compensation
