Your skills

- 2 years of experience in IT (or equivalent)

- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.

- Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Office 365, ITSM, and other apps and work tools.

- Experience providing VIP/White glove support.

- Hands-on experience supporting printers, peripherals, and end-user hardware.

- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products

- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.

- This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $24 – $26 CAD, based on experience and skillsets.

Your tasks

Hemmersbach is seeking an experienced Workplace Support Technician to provide onsite IT support for end users, devices, and workplace technology. You will resolve incidents and service requests, perform IMACD activities, support hardware break-fix, asset management, and deliver excellent customer service, including VIP support when required.





Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals

- Perform device deployments, imaging, installations, moves, and decommissions

- Manage assets, inventory, and ServiceNow updates

- Support meeting rooms and collaboration technologies

- Coordinate repairs with OEM and third-party vendors

- Maintain SLA compliance and accurate ticket documentation
