Relevant Skills You only need to meet the requirements of the position you are applying for. Experience in the other technologies below is optional.

- Java development: Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JUnit, Mockito and microservices
- Appian: SAIL interfaces, process models, records and integrations
- Jira: Administration, workflows, intake forms, automation, REST APIs and webhooks
- Cloud and DevOps: Azure or AWS, Terraform, Python, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
- AI infrastructure: GitOps, Helm, HashiCorp Vault, AI/LLM platforms and agent integrations
- Site reliability: Azure production support, Databricks, monitoring and incident response
- Open Liberty: WebSphere modernisation,



Jakarta EE and enterprise application architecture
- SAP FPSL: Banking configuration, IFRS 9, event-based accounting and S/4HANA integration
- Contact centres: Cisco CVP/UCCE, Java integrations, Amazon Connect, IVR and automated testing
- Managed file transfer: Messageway, Seeburger, SFTP/FTPS, scripting and production support

Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in at least one listed area
- Current residence in Canada and legal authorisation to work in Canada
- Ability to attend a Toronto workplace according to the position’s onsite or hybrid schedule
- Solid communication, troubleshooting and collaboration skills
- French-speaking/testing capability for the designated Contact Centre Quality Engineer role
- Availability for on-call support where required

Each vacancy has separate mandatory technical and experience requirements, which will be confirmed during screening.

Compensation

Available published base salaries range from CAD $100,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on the position. Compensation for the SAP FPSL role will be confirmed separately.
