CustomBrites is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Seasonal Jewelry Assembler to join our team during our busy holiday season.

This is a hands-on production role ideal for someone who enjoys working with small components, has good hand-eye coordination, and can work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Responsibilities

- Assemble necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other jewelry pieces
- Attach charms, chains, clasps, jump rings, and other jewelry components
- Measure and prepare chains to the correct lengths
- Open and close jump rings securely and neatly
- Assist with attaching personalized and engraved charms to finished pieces
- Perform basic polishing and finishing when required
- Inspect assembled jewelry for quality, symmetry, secure connections, and overall appearance
- Confirm that the correct charms, materials, chain lengths, and components are being used
- Follow production instructions and order specifications carefully
- Organize jewelry components and finished pieces
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Assist the production team with high-volume orders and daily production targets
- Report damaged, defective, or incorrect components before assembly

- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment




- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Comfortable performing repetitive hands-on work
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous jewelry assembly, crafting, production, manufacturing, or similar experience is an asset but not required

Training will be provided. Experience using jewelry pliers, jump rings, clasps, chains, or similar small components is an advantage.

Position Details

Position: Seasonal / Temporary

Department: Jewelry Production & Assembly

Schedule: Monday to Friday up to 7-10 hrs per day and weekend shifts as needed

Season: Holiday / Peak Season

Additional hours may be available during our busiest production weeks.

There may also be an opportunity for continued employment for exceptional candidates depending on business needs.
