Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Job Site Manager to lead and oversee multi family construction projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate daily site operations, ensure safety compliance, manage project schedules, and supervise on-site teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and foster a collaborative environment that promotes excellence in construction management.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of daily construction site activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
- Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance, support, and supervision to ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 to plan schedules, track progress, and manage resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety regulations, and ensure compliance with blueprint schematics and technical specifications.




- Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle, addressing issues promptly to prevent delays or rework.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing estimates, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with financial targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience supervising construction sites with a robust understanding of construction processes and safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately for effective project execution.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and budgeting processes to control costs effectively.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise diverse teams while fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in quality control inspections and documentation.
- Construction experience across various project types is preferred; certifications in safety or project management are a plus.
