We are hiring a Journeyman Plumber for a full-time, permanent position with a 29-year established plumbing and mechanical contracting company specializing in commercial, residential, service, renovations, and new construction.

This role is designed for a career-minded journeyman plumber who wants to move beyond field work into leadership, foreman responsibilities, and eventually Plumbing Division Manager.

About the Position This is a hands-on journeyman plumbing role with long-term development into supervision and management.

You will be responsible for:

- Commercial and Residential and plumbing installation and service work
- Plumbing system troubleshooting, repairs, and renovations
- Current construction plumbing installations
- Reading drawings and coordinating job requirements
- Jobsite coordination and communication with other trades
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship and jobsite standards

In addition to field work, you will be developed in:
- Plumbing project coordination and scheduling
- Job planning, sequencing, and workflow management
- Material ordering and cost awareness
- Client communication and service expectations
- Crew leadership and supervisory responsibilities

Career Progression Path This role has a defined internal advancement structure:

Journeyman Plumber → Lead Hand → Foreman → Plumbing Division Manager
