You will assist senior lawyers in managing a diverse caseload, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and engaging with clients to ensure positive outcomes for families navigating complex legal matters.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including affidavits, pleadings, and correspondence, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Support negotiation processes by preparing relevant documentation and participating in discussions under supervision.
- Gather and analyze evidence, including reviewing case files and conducting interviews with clients or witnesses.
- Maintain organized electronic case files and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards and deadlines.
- Attend court appearances, mediations,



or settlement negotiations.

Qualifications

- Recent law graduate with 1-3 years experience with a strong interest in family law.
- Familiarity with legal research tools.
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear, concise legal documents.
- Confidence to attend court and conduct direct negotiation with opposing counsel.
- Strong negotiation skills to support settlement discussions effectively.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
