Abbey Road Entertainment is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer - Print Production & Installer to join our design and production team.

This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career designer who wants to build experience beyond traditional graphic design. The role combines design, print production, equipment preparation, and hands-on installation, giving you the opportunity to take projects from initial concept through to the finished product.

We’re looking for someone creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines can shift quickly.

Responsibilities

● Communicate with clients to understand project requirements, specifications, and expectations

● Create mockups, layouts, and proofs based on client specifications

● Prepare artwork and production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

● Manage design files, organize digital assets, and maintain quality standards

● Prepare, test, and organize equipment and materials for upcoming projects and events

● Assist with print and production work

● Prepare and install vinyl graphics and wraps

● Liaise with external vendors and suppliers regarding production requirements

● Review completed work for accuracy and quality before production or installation

● Track multiple projects at different stages of production

● Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● Assist the design and production team wherever needed to ensure projects are completed successfully and on time

Qualifications

● 1–2+ years of graphic design experience





● Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

● Strong understanding of file preparation, layout, typography, and basic design principles

● Experience with vinyl wrapping, signage, printing, fabrication, or other hands-on production work is an asset

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Excellent attention to detail

● Organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

● Comfortable working with your hands and learning new equipment and production processes

● Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

● Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities outside of traditional graphic design

About the Role

This is a junior-level position designed for someone looking to grow their career in both graphic design and print/media production.

You’ll work alongside an experienced team and gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from communicating with clients and creating designs to preparing files, producing graphics, and helping install the finished product.

Because of the nature of our work, this position is best suited to someone who enjoys seeing their designs become physical products and is comfortable splitting their time between a computer and hands-on production.
