Overview

S2F is looking for a detail-oriented Junior Project Controls Coordinator to join our growing team full-time. In this fully remote role, you'll be responsible for accurate data entry of labour, equipment, and materials (LEM) records, helping keep our project costs organized, on track, and ready for invoicing.

- Position: Junior Project Controls Coordinator

- Employment type: Full-time, extended benefits after 90 days

- Location: 100% remote

- Education: No formal education required

- Experience: 6 to 12 months of LEM data entry experience

Key Responsibilities

- Enter daily LEM tickets (labour, equipment, and materials) into our cost tracking systems accurately and on time.

- Code entries to the correct projects, cost codes, AFEs, or work orders.

- Check tickets for missing information, signatures, rate errors, and duplicates, and follow up with field staff to resolve issues.

- Reconcile LEM data against timesheets, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.

- Maintain organized digital records of all tickets and supporting documents.

- Help prepare cost summaries and reports for project managers and senior cost controllers.

- Communicate with field supervisors, vendors, and the accounting team to keep data current.

- Take on other administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

- 6 to 12 months of experience with LEM data entry, invoicing or field ticket processing.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.

- Ability to manage a high volume of data entry, tickets, and meet daily deadlines.





- Clear written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Nice to Have
- Experience in oil and gas, energy, or construction projects.

- Familiarity with field ticketing or cost tracking software.

- Understanding of cost codes, AFEs, and project cost structures.

- Basic knowledge of invoicing or accounts payable processes.
