Clover Residential has been independently serving Victoria's premium neighbourhoods since 1995. We have one seat available on our sales team for a junior support agent who wants to build a real career, not just hold a licence.

You'll work to support Ole Schmidt — award-winning REALTOR and Managing Broker — handling open houses, showings, marketing activities, lead generation, and client care in the Fairfield, Oak Bay, and Downtown markets.

We're looking for someone smart, coachable, and hungry. We believe the right mindset matters more than experience. A BC real estate licence is required - or you're actively working toward one.

Pay: $1,000.00-$103,000.00 per year
