Your Path
StageWhat it looks like
Start - 12–15 morning hours per week. Learn our systems, our clinical model and how we convert new clients.
Build - Grow toward 25–35 one-on-one hours as you earn clients’ trust and your schedule fills.
Lead - After probation, high performers add $60/hr management pay and step onto the leadership pathway.
Why it’s realistic:
- Many of our clients are already in our care ecosystem.
- Referrals come from our integrated practitioner network.
- We train and support you in converting new clients.
You bring the drive; we bring the system.
How the Role Works
This is a self-employed, independent contractor role. That means real freedom and real ownership.
- Morning shifts (6 am – 2 pm), with potential weekends. Within that window, you manage your own schedule and time away.
- Your schedule is yours to grow. Every new client you convert and every great experience you deliver grows your hours.
- Clients are WEWELL clients. You earn their trust and their place on your schedule, and their preferences always come first.
- You’re never building alone. We collaborate on shared clients, cover for each other and support each other’s growth.
We want both sides in one person: a genuine team player who is also motivated to build their own schedule and reputation.
This Is for You If…
- You want a career, not just hours.
- You’re motivated to grow your schedule, and patient enough to build it and your reputation steadily.
- Part-time or full-time to start, you make thoughtful decisions about your commitment and plan to expand.
- You treat every new client as an prospect and prepare for it.
- You welcome feedback and act on it.
- You love working inside a team and across disciplines.
This Is Not for You If…
- You can’t commit to regular morning availability.
- You’re looking for guaranteed, fixed hours.
- This role would be a side priority for you.
- You’d prefer clients to be assigned and maintained for you.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough assessments of strength, mobility, posture and cardiovascular fitness.
- Design and deliver personalized, periodized programs grounded in biomechanics and functional principles.
- Lead private sessions and small-group classes with a high standard of coaching, progression and client experience.
- Prepare for and lead new-client consultations, turning first sessions into lasting training relationships.
- Collaborate with our osteopaths, RMTs and naturopathic doctors for integrated, consistent care.
- Track performance data and adjust programming based on measurable outcomes.
- Coach clients toward sustainable movement habits that carry well beyond the studio.
What You Bring
- Availability for morning shifts (6 am – 2 pm), and ideally some weekends.
- A BSc in Kinesiology or a related field.
- Experience with older adults, women’s health or special populations (practicum or clinical placement experience counts).
- Confidence one-on-one and in groups, with the ability to switch between them without losing intensity.
- Systems thinking: you understand how strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and recovery interact.
- Comfort with technology to track and improve outcomes.
- A personality that makes clients want to show up: warmth, clarity and real energy.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
Bonus Points
- Certifications in nutrition coaching, fascial stretch therapy, corrective exercise or similar.
- Experience in a multidisciplinary or clinical wellness environment.
- Familiarity with Jane App or a comparable practice management platform.
