Horn of Plenty Cafe is looking for part-time kitchen staff to join our team. We are currently hiring Kitchen Helper

We are looking for reliable, hardworking team members who can work well in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Both positions are part-time, with 2 shifts per week. Working days are available from Saturday / Sunday.

Kitchen Helper

Minimum wage + tips

Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Part time, 2 days on weekends

Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation and daily kitchen tasks
- Prepare and cook menu items according to cafe standards
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Help restock supplies and organize ingredients as needed
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff during service
- Support the team during busy periods
