Duties

- Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service and quality standards are maintained
- Support cooking activities by following recipes, portioning ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Help with food presentation and plating to ensure visually appealing dishes for guests
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene practices
- Support serving staff by preparing orders for delivery or dine-in service, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Keep workstations organized, clean,



and stocked with necessary supplies throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Qualifications

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is required.
- Basic cooking skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Robust teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving kitchen equipment
