Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our growing team. Responsibilities

- Help cook according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices during food handling and preparation
- Support kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and portioning
- Follow all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe dining environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout shifts

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred; training will be provided for right candidate




- Knowledge of cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food handling best practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with food safety standards within the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with Korean and Japanese food is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role

Positions available: Full-time: 1 (Availability for Friday, Saturday shifts is required.)

Part-time: 1 (4PM - 8:00PM / Availability for Friday, Saturday shifts is required.)
