Dynamic Property Solutions is a London-based exterior services company. We’re hiring an experienced Crew Lead to run jobs in the field through the fall season and move into a winter snow removal role when the snow flies. If you like running machines, finishing jobs right, and leading a small crew, this is a good fit.

Pay: $25-$30/hour, depending on experience

Job type: Full-time, seasonal with year-round potential

Location: London, Ontario and surrounding area

What you’ll do

- Lead a crew on sod installations, from grading and prep to laying and finishing
- Run full property cleanups, including lawn and garden beds, leaf removal, and debris hauling
- Handle drainage jobs such as trenching, grading, and installing drainage solutions
- Operate small machinery (skid steer, mini excavator) on job sites
- Tow equipment and materials to and from job sites with a truck and trailer
- Keep the crew on schedule, on task, and working safely
- Check the quality of finished work and make sure the site is left clean
- Move into a snow plowing role for the winter season

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience operating small machines such as skid steers and mini excavators
- Full Ontario G license (required)




- Experience driving a truck and trailer
- Experience in sod installation, property cleanups, and drainage work
- Hardscape experience (retaining walls, pavers, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to lead a crew, communicate clearly, and take ownership of a job
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with physical outdoor work in all weather
