Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead our team in creating beautiful and functional landscapes in the Canmore/Banff area. This role is vital in ensuring project excellence aligns with our company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of landscaping projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of landscaping crews.
- Manage project schedules, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to meet project specifications.
- Maintain high standards of landscape maintenance and horticultural practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members.




- Assist in planning and executing landscape construction activities.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
- Construction experience is a plus.
