Responsibilities

- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client comfort at all times
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable lash styles and enhancements based on individual preferences and eye shapes
- Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing information about services and retail products
- Upsell retail lash care products and additional beauty services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening attentively,



communicating clearly, and building lasting client relationships
- Manage appointment flow efficiently while maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere

Requirements

- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members
- Strong retail sales aptitude with enthusiasm for upselling products and services
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in customer service roles preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols related to beauty treatments is a plus
- A positive attitude, energetic demeanor, and eagerness to grow within the beauty industry
