Responsibilities

- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ preferences and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health regulations and salon standards
- Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing check-ins and check-outs
- Upsell retail products such as lash care kits or aftercare items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Educate clients on proper lash maintenance and aftercare routines for long-lasting results
- Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication,

Qualifications

- Proven experience in eyelash extensions application or certification from a recognized training program
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Ability to manage front desk duties efficiently while maintaining a professional appearance
- Detail-oriented with a steady hand and keen eye for symmetry and aesthetics
- Passionate about beauty trends, hygiene standards, and delivering outstanding results
- Prior experience in a salon or spa workplace is preferred but not required; training can be provided for the right candidate
