This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join a Personal Injury practice dedicated to helping individuals regain control of their lives after experiencing personal injuries while being supported by a collaborative and highly respected legal team.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Management of matters from open to close: intake, retainers, directions;
- Communicating with clients, court staff, and other third parties by phone and email;
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents;
- Preparation of court filings, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents;
- Preparing and electronic filing of various court filings, pleadings, medical records, evidence, and other litigation-related documents using DMS (iManage and Primafact experience is an asset);
- Performing administrative duties: calendaring, bring forward management, tracking invoices;
- Understand and apply knowledge of The Rules of Civil Procedure

Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the needs of the firm.

Our ideal candidate has

- A diploma or certificate in Law Clerk Studies or related field.
- Previous experience of 2+ years working in a legal environment, preferably in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in legal research and document drafting.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to client interaction.




- Knowledge of both accident benefits and tort claims

The expected salary range for this role is $50,000-$70,000. Salary is commensurate with skill level and years of experience.
