Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Required Skills:

- Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in leading and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM for OTL Module for Canadian Public Sector clients ensuring compliance with Canadian labour regulations and integration with OTL and other modules.

- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams

- Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and support hyper care

- Configure Time Entry Profiles, Layout Sets, Time Calculation Rules, Define overtime, shift, and pay rules based on Canadian labor laws, Manage timecard validations and approval workflows, Integrate with Absence Management and OTL, Develop and support integrations (Time to OTL, third-party systems)

- Utilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting and Fast Formulas.

- Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences,



including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change Requests

- Lead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to OTL & other related functionality.

- Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training

- Preparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID log

- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle

- Should have excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery setting

- Should be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning.

- Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team members

- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
