Venterra Realty in Richmond Hill, Canada, is seeking a Lead, Corporate Accountant to join our hybrid Accounting team. You will lead monthly close processes, prepare financial statements, and mentor a team while partnering with FP&A;, Treasury, Tax, and operations to support growth.

The role requires a CPA or equivalent designation, 5+ years in accounting or FP&A;, solid GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel, ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, SAP, Yardi) and data tools.
