Metropolitan District in Halifax, NS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance of assigned units and lead a team. The role involves planning daily work, coaching staff, and enforcing performance standards to keep properties in positive repair.

The successful candidate will have a Red Seal Journeyperson certification with supervisory experience, extensive knowledge of building codes, and experience with plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems. Travel within HRM may be required.
