Springcreekcareers is seeking a Montessori Preschool Lead Teacher (ECE) to create a calm, organized classroom for children aged 3–6. The role involves observing progress, communicating with families, collaborating with the director, and upholding Alberta licensing standards to ensure a safe, nurturing workplace. The successful candidate will hold Level 2 or 3 ECE certification and a Bachelor's in ECE, with at least 3 years of early learning experience; Montessori experience preferred.
