You will ensure secure work procedures are followed, maintain quality standards, and communicate production expectations to the team to meet on-time targets. You will manage Line Leaders and welders, monitor performance, and collaborate with Human Resources to hire and train staff, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and product quality.
