Job Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to serve as the core technical authority responsible for guiding the architectural design, implementation, and quality of enterprise Salesforce solutions within the financial services domain. This role operates at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, driving the transformation of complex wealth and investment operational requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud systems.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce platforms, ensuring all implementations adhere to enterprise performance, security, and scalability standards.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through code reviews, technical solution design, continuous integration workflows, and adherence to development best practices.
- Formulate robust integration strategies to seamlessly connect Salesforce with legacy banking backends, third-party fintech applications, and high-volume data lakes.




- Direct the design and implementation of high-throughput data processing workflows tailored for large-scale wealth management and investment portfolios.
- Collaborate directly with business analysts, product owners, and executive stakeholders to evaluate technical feasibility and translate business needs into technical blueprints.
