EY-Parthenon Canada seeks a Learning Leader to shape and execute the Canada practice's learning and capability-building strategy across onboarding, development and leadership programs.
You will work with global teams to set priorities, advise senior leaders and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning initiatives, driving adoption, governance and budget decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed setting.
