About the Opportunity Orillia Nissan is seeking a Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our service team. What We Offer - Flat rate compensation: $40.00 per flat rate hour. Earnings are based on credited labour hours for completed work.

Key Responsibilities - Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.

- Perform vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.
- Repair and replace vehicle components accurately and efficiently.
- Complete vehicle inspections and clearly document findings and recommended repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair orders, diagnostic notes, and service records.
- Communicate findings and repair requirements to Service Advisors and the service management team.
- Verify completed repairs and conduct road tests as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Participate in training and work collaboratively to support service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications - Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate of Qualification.

- Proven experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively to a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safe, quality workmanship.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and a driving record suitable for duties involving customer vehicles, including road tests.
