Overview
We are seeking a motivated RIBO/OTL Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team on a commission-based basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity for energetic sales professionals to leverage their expertise in insurance sales, customer service, and communication to connect clients with tailored insurance solutions.
This is a hybrid role , offering a combination of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized insurance advice and developing customized solutions based on each client's unique needs.
Key responsibilities
- Advising clients on personal, commercial, and specialty insurance products
- Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate coverage
- Preparing and presenting competitive insurance quotes
- Managing policy renewals and client portfolios
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
- Identifying opportunities to grow and expand your book of business
- Providing exceptional customer service and professional advice
- Maintaining compliance with applicable insurance regulations and industry standards

What We’re Looking For
- Active RIBO/OTL License – required
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is considered an asset
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Passionate about helping clients find the right insurance solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer, time-management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a successful insurance business
