What You'll Do

- Take warm transfers and booked consults from our setter team, and follow up daily (inside sales)
- Run client consultations, qualify, and recommend the right financing solution
- Present options across prime, alternative, and private lending (as suitable)
- Move files from intake to submission to funding with our internal team behind you

Base Pay Unlock (Consistency Reward)



When you hit 3 funded deals in a month, you unlock base pay on top of your commissions. Base pay steps up at 4 deals/month and keeps scaling with funded volume.

Performance-based compensation. Earnings vary by individual performance, skill, and consistency.

What We're Looking For

- RECA-licensed Mortgage Associate (not required but must be willing to get licensed)
- Strong communicator (phone confidence is key)
- Coachable, accountable, and sales-driven
- Available full-time ([Mon to Fri, 9AM to 5PM MT])

Compensation

- 100% commission-based + bonuses
- Base pay unlocks at [3] funded deals/month and scales upward
