Living is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join their Fleetwood Villa team. You'll be responsible for delivering planned and goal-directed nursing care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. The position includes continuous training and offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide planned, patient-oriented nursing care
- Implement and evaluate care plans for residents
- Complete clinical assessments and documentation accurately
- Teach and mentor unregulated care providers
- Communicate changes in resident care effectively Requirements:
- Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia
- Sound clinical knowledge and experience with seniors
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification required
