Revolve Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse to join our agile healthcare team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the overall well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Assessing and evaluating patient health needs

- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring patient responses to treatments
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Educating patients and their families on health management

Qualifications

- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse license

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum 1 year LPN experience in Canada




- Long Term Care experience
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Other information

- $45/hour, $30 per Diem per shift
- No accommodations coverage
