The Licensed Practical

Nurse reports to the Director of Resident Care, ensuring nursing standards and ethics are upheld.

Responsibilities include giving clinical direction and supporting both Health Care Aides and other LPNs while maintaining professional integrity and comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care to residents following established standards
- Supervise Health Care Aides and other nursing staff




- Maintain compliance with CLPNM guidelines and ethical standards
- Conduct assessments and effective decision-making for care plans
- Foster positive relationships with residents, staff, and the public Requirements:
- Active licensure with CLPNM or eligible for it
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience in geriatrics and dementia preferred
- Robust communication and critical thinking skills
