About the Role:

Kia Stouffville is growing and we’re looking for an OMVIC-registered Sales Consultant who is fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with new and pre-owned vehicle purchases
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
- Perform test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Respond promptly to internet, telephone, showroom, and referral leads
- Maintain consistent follow-up through the dealership CRM
- Prospect for new business and develop a personal customer database
- Build relationships within Mandarin- and/or Cantonese-speaking communities
- Work with management to negotiate and close transactions
- Generate repeat and referral business
- Maintain skilled customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Meet dealership sales, customer-service,



and activity targets

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of automotive retail sales experience preferred
- Current OMVIC registration in good standing
- Fluent spoken Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Strong English communication skills
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Proven automotive sales and closing experience
- Strong prospecting and customer follow-up skills
- Experience using dealership CRM/DMS systems
- Professional and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the dealership team
