General Description A janitor is generally responsible for cleaning all hard floor surfaces and carpets, washrooms, common areas, offices, and the collection and removal of garbage from drop points to a garbage bin. Other responsibilities may be included.

Schedule

Monday to Friday - Part time days and evenings.

Responsibilities

- Clean floors (mopping, sweeping)
- Daily cleaning of washrooms, offices, lockers rooms and lunchrooms
- Empties and cleans garbage cans
- Spot cleans walls, partitions, light switches, and doors
- Restocks single unit dispensers containing soap, towels, toilet tissue and sanitary napkins
- Dusts and damp wipes office equipment
- Additional duties may be required from time to time.
