Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items following established recipes and standards
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation
- Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple tasks seamlessly
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment to uphold a safe and organized environment




- Follow all food safety protocols diligently, including proper temperature controls and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of orders

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Knowledge of serving procedures and customer service principles beneficial for understanding guest expectations
- Experience with food handling, meal preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of the food industry standards related to hygiene, safety, and quality control
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $18.25-$18.50 per hour
