Bloom Hotel – Tandoor Chop House is looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our full-time kitchen team in Mississauga.

We offer a menu featuring both Indian and Western cuisine, making this a excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, working with a team, and developing their kitchen skills.

We welcome candidates with previous kitchen experience as well as motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

What you'll do

- Prepare vegetables, sauces, marinades, and other ingredients for daily service.
- Cook and plate dishes from our Indian and Western menus.
- Assist with daily food preparation and keep kitchen stations stocked.
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work closely with the chef and kitchen team during busy service periods.

What we're looking for
- Previous line cook or prep cook experience is preferred.




- Familiarity with Indian or Western cuisine is an asset.
- A dependable attitude, good teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced kitchen.
- A valid Food Handler Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.

Pay and schedule
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills.
- Full-time position.
- Evening shift: approximately 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM or 10:30 PM, depending on operational requirements.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality are important.
